I had bought tires last Fall from this store and the staff is just incredible I deal with John most of the times when I walk in there and he is spot on tells you exactly what’s gonna go on how long it’s gonna take and just makes the entire experience incredible time with them. If you’re looking for tires, they’ll give you the best pricing. If you’re looking for an oil change, they’re gonna give you the best pricing I used to use the guys down the street five minute oil group these guys do a better job and they’re less expensive just incredible.

I dropped my key fob and the back fell off and the key fell out. I couldn't get it back together. I walked in without an appointment and Andrew helped me. Granted, it was a simple and quick fix, but he was very kind, courteous and helpful. He did not charge me for the fix. I get that this was very minor, but it's the small gestures that can make a big difference. Thank you!

John and his team are fantastic! Their friendliness, attention to detail, and professionalism are far and above what you’ll find elsewhere. You can tell they care deeply for their customers and their experience at TireSouth.

My comments are based on visiting Tire South twice. Both visits were identical. Soon after entering i was acknowledged and greeted with a Smile and 2 questions (How you doing and Can i help you sir). Help me they did. After my explaining of what i thought the problem was, they went to work diagnosing. Finding that my tire had cuts on them leaking air and not a nail. I needed a new tire. Expensive I thought. After showing me my options of name brand tires and prices they had in stock I realized it wasn't expensive at all. Just a few dollars more than if I had bought them online. I gave them the go. While I was waiting, sitting in their cozy and comfortable waiting room filled with snacks, coffee and beverages for about 30 minutes, i was told my car was ready. I should have been surprised but I wasn't because the same greeting, professionalism, care, cost savings and fast service I experienced during my first visit. Tire south is my Go-To tire repair, brake

⭐ 1/5 — Stay Far Away. This Place Is a Scam. For the record I do not post these things, however, their incompetence cost me $800 - it’s warranted. A year ago I came in for an alignment. They forced an alignment warranty on me that I explicitly did not want. I paid for it anyway because I had no choice. Fast forward, and the alignment they performed was so bad it destroyed both of my front tires — you can see the uneven wear pattern clear as day (see photos). I tried to use the warranty THEY forced on me. They refused to honor it. And then — to top it all off — they had the audacity to blame ME for the damage their bad alignment caused. Let that sink in: they sold me a warranty under duress, botched the job the warranty was supposed to cover, denied the claim, and then pointed the finger at the customer. Classic. The damage they caused cost me $800 out of pocket to fix — new tires, new alignment from a shop that actually knows what they’re doing. This isn’t incompetence. This is a predatory business model. Upsell a warranty, do shoddy work, deny the claim, blame the customer, pocket the money. Don’t let them do it to you. Do not go here. Not for tires. Not for alignment. Not fo
